Amaryllis

is a small genus of flowering bulbs which is a native of the Western Cape region of South Africa, particularly the rocky southwest area between the Olifants River Valley to Knysna.

 

Harlequin ladybird

is a large coccinellid beetle. Its colour ranges from yellow-orange to black, and the number of spots between none and 22. It is native to eastern Asia, but has been artificially introduced to North America and Europe to control aphids and scale insects.

 

Dragonfly

is characterized by large multifaceted eyes, two pairs of strong transparent wings, sometimes with coloured patches, and an elongated body. Its brilliant iridescent or metallic colours produced by structural coloration, is making it conspicuous in flight.
